By using TradePulse, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Your access and use of our products, tools, and services constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

TradePulse provides technical analysis tools, indicators, and educational content to assist users in understanding market trends.
We do not provide investment, trading, or financial advice, and we are not a portfolio management service.

3. Access & Delivery

Access to the TradePulse Indicator and related materials is provided within 12–24 hours of successful payment.
All access is account-specific and non-transferable. Sharing access credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments made for TradePulse products are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
TradePulse may offer limited-time plans or promotions, which are subject to their own terms.

5. User Responsibilities

By purchasing or using TradePulse, you agree to:

• Use the product solely for personal educational purposes.

   

• Not share, resell, or redistribute the software, content, or access credentials.

   

• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., TradingView).

   

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, code, and intellectual property associated with TradePulse remain the exclusive property of the creators.
Reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of the product or content is strictly prohibited without written consent.

7. Disclaimer

TradePulse is an educational tool and does not guarantee any specific trading results or profits.
All trading decisions are made at your own risk. Market conditions, individual strategies, and external factors influence outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

TradePulse and its team shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use or misuse of the product.
The maximum liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 or 50% of the amount paid, whichever is lower.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, India.

10. Modifications

TradePulse reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
