This policy governs cancellation and refund conditions for digital products and services provided by TradePulse.
By purchasing or using our digital tools, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests are valid only within 1 hour of purchase and before access to the digital product (e.g., indicator access) has been granted and activated.

Once access to the TradePulse Indicator or related materials has been provided, no cancellations will be accepted due to the instant and non-returnable nature of digital product delivery.

2. Refund Policy

All purchases made on TradePulse are final and non-refundable once digital access has been granted.
This policy ensures the protection of proprietary content and intellectual property associated with our tools and educational materials.

Specific Scenarios:

• Access Not Received: If you have successfully completed payment but have not received access within 12 hours, please contact our support team within 7 days of payment.
  Failure to report within this period may void your claim of non-receipt.
• Approved Refunds (Exceptional Cases):
  In rare cases where a refund is deemed valid and explicitly approved by TradePulse, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

3. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Lack of technical knowledge or misunderstanding of TradingView usage.
• Misinterpretation of product functionality despite clear product description.
• Dissatisfaction due to market performance or missed profits — TradePulse is an educational tool, not a guarantee of returns.
• Request for account deletion or cancellation after product activation.
